SPECTACULAR SUNSET: Warm Glow and Silhouettes

8:37:00 AM

It's gonna be the li'l dude's birthday in a week and we haven't decided on what to do yet. We were torn between having a party at home or spending it on the beach or a pool. After a few days of deciding, we thought that, for for a sixteen-year-old, the house party might be boring especially because we are situated in an area that's not very accessible to some of his friends.

So we ended up deciding to spend it either on a pool or at the beach. Now, the only question is where? It should be a safe and secure resort coz you know how teenagers can be. And as much as possible, we're looking for a place that is not so crowded.  We have thought of a lot of places and we decided to check it out ahead of time so we could also book early.

We decided to go to my godfather's resort first. It's a 45-minute drive and in a province like ours, where there is absolutely no traffic, that's actually a bit far already. But we were encouraged by the fact that it's just along the road and it's not really a big resort so even if we bring a bunch of highly energetic teens, we won't have to worry much about their safety. Even if we won't be able to keep up with them, we can still see them. The resort also has rooms available so we can stay for a night and the kids can maximize the experience. The resort has 2 adult pools and it's just along beachfront.

When we went to the resort to check it out, someone had a party, so we didn't stay long and instead we went to my father's friend's house, which is just beside the resort. Of course, as you expected they had a lot of things to talk about and catch up on.

Seeing that the sun is already setting, we left them to deal with their chit chat and went to the beach. Good thing my sister brought her camera with her.  Check out some of the photos she took that shows that warm sunset glow.

We were also able to enjoy the silhouette effect that Mr. Sun always delivers as he bids goodbye. And I must say, the view is spectacular. Check out some of our shots.:
